2 of my Cypress tress are growing but with dead branches. The trees are green however the bottom 1 foot is looks dead, the branches look dead and the trunk looks to be splitting. . I do not see any spider eggs. Does anyone how to fix this or what the problem may be?

If spider mites were suggested these are minute: you might not be able to see the adults without a magnifier, let alone the eggs.

Plant-sucking mites are more like ticks or chiggers than spiders. They are all arachnids.
