Ack -- is my Cedar tree dying? Please help!

Yikes -- my Cedar tree starting looking bare last summer, but I thought it was due to a drought period. Now it's even worse! Does anyone know what's wrong? I can't see any kind of pest or apparent disease. If I lose this tree, I will be staring at a huge, hideous red garage...:(

thanks in advance! Please see picture.

It's an Arborvitae (Thuja occidentalis) not a cedar (Cedrus).

Does look a bit thin, though the foliage that it does have looks reasonably healthy. Hard to diagnose anything useful from the minuscule pic size that this forum allows. Check for the usual suspects like bagworms.
