Hi,
Can anyone name this tree ??
I am fairly certin it is a Pinus koraiensis and it obviously grows prostrate...

Can't tell without cones and/or microscopic analysis of the needles.

At least some plants sold as "dwarf Pinus koraiensis" are actually Pinus pumila cultivars; whether all, I don't know.
