And I've been babying my Picea why? Evidently they will self seed on the edge of a volcano.

    Those trees pictured at Crater Lake are Mountain Hemlocks, Tsuga mertensiana. Beautiful place, isn't it?

    I took almost 1000 pics.i will post some of the best tonight.I also have great pics of the Oregon Gardens and more of Conifer Kingdom.I didn't take a pic and am waiting for them to send me one. They have a pine named Maltese I was able to get. Looks like a big fluffy dog.Had to have it.When I get that pic I'll post too.

    It is a 33 mile drive around crater lake with all views stunning.

    Finished here.Took advantage of the special Conifer Kingdom was running for the free night.

    It was .Talked to a man who was making his fourteenth trip around on a bicycle.Wheels in places right on the edge.My sons walked the mile straight down and jumped off the rock and swam in it.Hopefully they will follow through with the pics from Conifer Kingdom.I was in awe of such a selection of amazing plants.

    I think strobus.I will try to get them to send me a pic to post.I was talking to them and didn't take as many pics there as I would like.

    Thank you for the nice comments.Also Sam from Conifer Kingdom is taking a trip but he said when he returns he will send me a pic to post of Pinus strobus 'Blue Maltese'.His mature plant is amazing.

    Lol Wanted to bring them on plane. Blue Maltese and Blue Fountain probably will be available soon.I think since I came from so far away they took pity on me and let me have the new grafts.
