    Nice results Lenka en Milan!

Are you sure the 'Mlada Boleslav' is an Abies nordmanniana?
I've one here with the same cultivar name under Abies alba...

    Hi Edwin,
we have that information, that Abies alba Mlada Boleslav is found by Mr. Vesely and Beran in 1984.
Abies nordmanniana Mlada Boleslav is the finding by Mr. Pospisil.
Here is a photo of the original:

Thank you very much for showed me picture of original broom. It's very curious variety because your one year graft has two different color of needles blue and green ;) and the scions are massive (chunky) with only one bud. Very very nice :)
And ask from other side what is your favorite cultivar of Picea abies??

    Dear Rob,
Thank you for the compliment, it was difficult to keep some new WB of Picea glauca alive. It is bad, because all of your finds are great .... if it is possible, we would like to cooperate even in this season. We wish you had much success with your grafting! We remember our beginnings .....
