ID this spruce

anyone what this narrow spruce is called
It has slightly upward brances and not very dense at all. new growth is a very light blue while all other inner parts are green.

Looks like Blue Spruce Picea pungens. A sharper pic would help! That one from google earth street view??

here is another picture. click on the link to see the blue spruce which is very skinny. I noticed this type of spruce usually only have blue color near the tip.
is this a englemann spruce?
