Nate, that is beautiful. As unbelievable as this sounds we do not have ANY snow this year. It is really a strange winter.

I haven't seen the ground (without snow) since early December. It just goes to show that when your without snow, someone else has plenty.

Here's a pic of the continental divide from last weekend, as seen from the top of the Norway lift (A-Basin).
Plenty of Picea engelmannii, Pinus contorta, and Abies lasiocarpa.

Some nice Picea engelmannii

Edwin, there were a few nice brooms up there!
It would be useful to have a telescoping ski pole, with a broom hook at the end of it!
