Blue, first branch has got to be 30ft. up. After that looks easy enough!

Rob, that looks like a Pinus sylvestris broom to me.
Get it down by gun isn't an option this time, you could wake up somebody ;0)

Yep, Scots Pines. And yep, firing off guns in a cemetery isn't going to be feasible!

I beleive it is unlawful to discharge a firearm upon or over a cemetery or within one hundred yards of a cemetery,not sure but this may be nation wide?
With so many Pinus sylvestris brooms that are easier to reach this one will remain where it is.Anyone wanting pieces that bad I would take you there and run the camara!LOL. Thanks Edwin and Resin for your replys.
