| Wow, what a garden! That garden is INCREDIBLE! I, too, would like to know the blue spruce cultivar on the right. It's intensely blue, and quite narrow. Is this a zone 7 or zone 8 garden? (I'm just guessing.) Thanks, Mike |

| It resembles my 'Bakeri' with new growth. Could be a lot of things, but its fairly narrow and irregular ... and the great blue new growth. |

Mark - The blue spruce is 'Rovelli's Monument'. apart from the fastigiate varieties it is probably the narrowest form. It's a regular blue in colour, my plant is about 12feet high, and little more than 3feet wide. Don't think this one is commercially available in the US. In fact I haven't seen it listed in any other European collections either. |

| Oh man, I knew you'd say something like that. I should have know if it was in your garden and I liked it, it's probably rare. It is the perfect fit to finish off a special bed I have and I love the tall typical open shape and beautiful blue of that spruce, but also love it's extremely narrow diameter. Oh well, I guess I'll try and find something else that can be the next best thing. Thanks for letting me know. mark |
