Nope. You've got yourself a rosemary plant there. Genus Rosmarinus. Culinary herb, pretty blue blooms in Winter. Smells real nice.

Thanks, Dave. There was a fragrance in the area I could not pinpoint. Perhaps this is what I experienced.
