Procuring obscure cultivars of sequoia sempervirens

I've been to multiple public coast redwood parks in California, and noticed distinct cultivars of coast redwood trees that vary in terms of their bark. Giant Sequoia also seem to have similar genetic variation as displayed in Fig.12, Fig.13, Fig.14, and Fig.15 here:

...where the bark is either straight, twisting, reticulated, or smooth. There is also the very rare "wavy" bark as displayed here:

Does anybody have any suggestions on acquiring seedlings of these cultivars?
