Might be a Sugi Cryptomeria japonica. Needs a close-up to tell for sure.

Maybe an old ' Spiralis' '. But it needs a close-up to say more to a cultivar.

Yep, it's a Cryptomeria japonica...

Yes, the needles are normal, so no more to say to a special cultivar. But the growth is very conpact.

Low forking and density could be that of a cultivar or it could just as well be an unnamed seedling variant. Many cultivars begin as seedling variants, these do not become named cultivars unless somebody makes them into one.
