I thought Coreopsis immediately looking at the foliage so it is quite possible that it's 'Moonbeam'.

It's 'Purpurea Tricolor', 'Tricolor' is (was?) different. Side-branches of 'Glauca' are sold as 'Glauca Prostrata', hence the leaders. Hillier also had one that may have been a different form, perhaps stable or more so. There use to be a large specimen in a Tacoma park that stayed table-like, maybe it was the Hillier version or a similar one.

Wow, the Fagus sylvatica is GORGEOUS. Too bad it probably wouldn't do well here - I've read that Atlanta is too hot even in the shade for that one. Beautiful tree, Ken.

the blue one is on the east side of the tree.. right next to the house.. just west of a 60 foot cherry.. i would suggest its in all day shade ...
