GARDENING GUIDESDesigning With Conifers: Finding the Right Garden Bedmates
In gardening, building on commonalities creates an enduring relationship
Full StoryThese are both labeled as Juniperus communis: from the left, #1 is marked as 'Gold Coin' while #2 as 'Lemon Spire'
In a recent post by echolane, coniferjoy determined that #1 is 'Suecica Aurea' , however it also looks similar to S and Sons 'Lemon Spire', which was my source for this plant.
#2 retains its yellow color year round, even in winter, and does not have what I think of as the typical juvenile J. communis foliage.
ID help please!
Many thanks,
Barbara
