Did some planting today. Things are really beginning to pop.
Upper 70's and lower 80's for the last week.
Not good for the middle of March I remember the 15 F. about this time 3-4 years ago that froze all deciduous plants and open bud conifers back to square one.

Prefers sun/partial shade in well-drained soil. 10" tall x 12" wide in 10 years. Hardy to -20 degrees. USDA zone 5-7. Planted 3-18-2012

Chamaecyparis pisifera 'Tsukumo'.
This cultivar thrives in partial shade and moist, slightly acid, well-drained soil. Its foliage may scorch in full sun. It prefers cool, humid environments and should be protected from harsh drying winds. Partial shade only. Best shaded in afternoon. USDA Zone 4-7.
