Somehow lost the ID for this beautiful dwarf...

I put this little guy (gal?) in the ground last Spring (2013) and it has been a nice looking little plant, but completely unchanged until a couple weeks ago. Then, POW! Loving the way it looks right now.

I took a photo this morning to show you, then realized that I must have forgotten to document it's name. It's not on my plant list. A little help, please?
