Finally got around to watching the videos and now wish there were more. Along with Mexico, a botanizing expedition to China would be the trip of a lifetime.

Better make it quick, the Chinese are "modernizing" at an incredible rate with towns and cities expanding exponentially and giant bulldozers being run around in natural areas. Previously pristine mountaintops are sprouting resort hotels, with tramways being cut through the forest to get to them.

Not unlike what we have done here for years, yet it's still a shame.
