Wish I could grow Abies concolor better. Mine don't like the climate here too much and anything larger then 3-4" a year gets pests.

I love the concolors. I wish they did better for you in your climate. What pest do they get there?

Keith, your friend found some nice brooms.

I do have the same problems with the concolors as Will.
It's the high humidity that causes the fungusses.

Is that a young broom of the Pinus strobus or is it an older one with a compact growing habit?
Look at the cones, maybe it provides you some nice dwarf seedlings!
