Coast Redwood, Sequoia sempervirens ID needed

I bought this Sequoia sempervirns from a nursery just east of Oakhurst, California. Just labled Redwood. I have several sempervirens and they don't look like this one. It was terribly rootbound and the first year didn't do much even though I teased the rootball as loose as needed and repotted it. This year you can tell by the needles that it is really going to do great.
Problem is I don't think it's the normal species. Any guesses?

Native stands variable, bluish seedlings arise. Hence the multiple glaucous cultivars over the years, including 'Glauca'. ÃÂ¥ours may have been sold to you merely as a coast redwood because it wasn't, in fact a named clonal cultivar. Any signs of vegetative propagation?

Friends with a nursery here have taken seeds from a blue form and gotten a range of bluish seedlings.

Aren't most redwoods in nurseries produced vegetatively? I was sure that my species redwoods were grown from cuttings, not seed, when they arrived from Forest Farm.
