Part of its rareness seems to be from that this varietal can still be male or female. Do you know which you have?

Man if I'd known that I would have aquired a few more varietals than I have.....since I'll be dead in 20-25 years.....lol

I've never seen a true year around gold ginkgo. I can't find any pics either. Can you post one?

Well I'm a golden hog so my next question would have to be where it came from.....

I grow this plant since 3 years, nice yellow color all the year without sunburn! But hot summer wind can damaging few leaves. My plant is an upright slowly grow for this moment.

This recent cultivar is originated from China and introduced in France (maybe also other E-U country) and grafted by a good nurseryman knowledge.

I will post a photo tomorow.

I think its true name is Beijing Gold

'All Gold' and 'Beijing Gold' are two differend cultivars.

'All Gold' is a year round yellow, 'Beijing Gold' is temporarily yellow...

'Beijing Gold' is a dwarf - is 'All Gold' the same size as the species?

Sara, the 'Beijing Gold' isn't a dwarf, it will grow a bit slower then it's species, this is because of temporarily less chlorophyll...

The 'All Gold' will grow slower then the 'Beijing Gold' because it does have a minimum of chlorophyll in it's leaves.
