A little premature for posting but I am excited about Spring beginning to take hold in the Midwest. My best estimate is we are about a month behind last Spring.

In a week or so I will have much more to share.

Close up of foliage. It took a pretty good hit last summer with many days a 100 F. plus. I had to re screen it for about a month as south side was beginning to burn. This cultivar will not survive these high temps on a permanent bases.

A screen I made for it is coming for those who requested more info as soon as time permits.

Exposed burned side. Southern exposure.

Protected north & east side. No screening necessary.

Picea a. 'Vermont Gold'
