1970s Chamaecyparis

Pictured is a chamaecyparis that was planted in the late 1970s. Would really like to have it ID. It is shaded under a canopy, but still sends out bright yellow foliage. Given the plants that were available in the late 70s that might narrow it down some.

I thought it might be an obtusa "Aurea" that was stretched by the lower light conditions. However the picture on the ACS database, that was submitted by Ken, doesn't seem to match very well. Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
