Third picture different tree next to the first tree first picture.

its all over MI ... i forget what it is...

but it isnt worth money to try to fix them.. get rid of them ... and replace with anything but a pine ...

lol.. i am sure someone will come along and tell you the disease name.. and then suggest that the bugs will follow in attacking the stressed trees ...

i got rid of 12 sylvestrus a few years back ...

Not Pine Wilt - that leads to uniform complete browning over the whole crown. Looks more like one of the needlecast diseases like Lophodermium or Dothistroma.

Third pic looks more like a Douglas fir than a pine.
