Browning on some 1 year old arborvitaes

I had arborvitaes planted by a landscaper last year. They are almost 1 year old. This spring I noticed browning. See attached. Almost all 10 arborvitaes have the same type of browning as seen in the picture, although some have more prevalent browning on the bottom..Also some have a significant browning on the inside branches..See picture ...
Any issues/concerns ? I assume as the spring wore on this would be covered up by green growth, but nothing so far...Should I prune this ?
