It looks like you sheared it's under part...
Like I had in mind, it's Cryptomeria japonica 'Elegans Viridis'.

Does it have a year round green needle colour, or is it a brownish-red in winter?
If this is the case, the your specimen is a Cryptomeria japonica 'Elegans'...

Thank you very much, the tree i. The needles are green during all the year but the winter here is not too cold. The whole tree branches grows in this "wheeping" habit in the ending extremities, straightening as they grow up. The needles and the wood have a very,very, weak resin odour that differs from the "standard" cryptomerias smell.
