Dave, Picea glehnii 'Landis' could be right.
it's also in the trade under Picea jezoensis 'Landis'.
Please, can you show us some detail pics of it's needles and leader?
Maybe then we can help you out...

Edwin...I did find some information on this cultivar tucked away long ago.

I purchased it from Larry Stanley in 2002. A 1 gal.offering named Picea jezoensis 'Landis' at that time.

Hopefully these two photos will show you enough for positive identification.

Yep, it's a Picea glehnii 'Landis' which we don't see often in the trade.

Unfortunately a lot of Picea glehnii cultivars were mentioned under Picea jezoensis in the past...

Dave, there's not much info about this one, only that Gordon Bentham from Victoria in Canada had it listed in 1981...(under Picea jezoensis 'Landis').

Picea jezoensis have a flat needles , green and silvery .
Picea glehnii have a rounded needles blue and green, with a typical brown wood.
