Bought as Pinus strobus 'Loma Linda."

Is this Pinus strobiformis 'Loma Linda'? Or is it something entirely different? Coloration does not match anything I've seen online as 'Loma Linda'. Is it not well? There is another just like mine at the Chicago Botanic Garden and doing well.

I like it regardless, but am wondering what I have.
