Picea ID Species Confirmation

This plant came in a batch of omorika I bought in 2008. At least 50 in that batch. I had never questioned its' species identity until a nurseryman asked me if I 'wasn't sure it was a hybrid'??

What's obviously different about it, is that it is blue. I've had my magnifying glass on it and on other Picea omorika's and I cannot find pubescence on any of them. One time I thought I might have seen some. The swirling pattern at the tips of all the shoots are identical on all omorika here, including this seedling. I've named it for cultivation and until I have positive identity, I'm not moving forward any further.

Thanks!
