Expect 3-6 inches of growth per year until it dies or you die, which ever comes first =^) lol. Typically sizes listed are an estimate of how big a plant will be in 10 years. Since trees never stop growing they should really list the annual growth rate.

I planted two when I first started on my yard, but they were both quickly peed upon by my dogs and killed since I had nothing else in my yard.

Unfortunately my experience with it was short lived due to the dogs but otherwise It should be a nice fuzzy bluish compact grower.

Mine was approaching 3 x 4 at 10 years when it suddenly died. Strobus is getting that reputation (sudden death) in my yard. Not sure why and its not K9P.
