It's in the Harper Collection and I recall walking circles around the tree before I found a place where the tree wasn't battered and downright ugly. I immediately decided this was not a cultivar I would plant in my garden. Long-term it's a non-attractive, tree. The Harper Collection has Blue spruces that are not in poor condition and are the same age...
