Help with pine tree ID

I'm trying to identify a pine tree that grows in my area (Northwest Georgia). It stands out from the majority of pines I see because it's needles are a slightly bluer green and it has a much more full-looking and bushy apprearance than the loblolly pines that make up the majority of the pine population here. It haven't found one in a location where I could get close enough to inspect cones and needles. I usually just see them as I'm driving down the highway. I know this isn't a great picture, but I am hoping one of you conifer experts will be able to identify it. My best guess is white pine, but I am not sure. I would really like to plant some of these as part of a mixed border near our property line. I will try to get out this weekend and get some more detailed pictures and information if no one can identify it before then.

Thanks!
