I'm going to go with 'Yellow Ribbon' mostly because it's a commericial planting and YR is one of the more common golden arbs out there.

There are too many yellow Thuja occidentalis to be assigning a name to propagules without having some kind of concrete confirmation like planting records or matching branch samples of mystery variety with other plants of known identification. Even in the latter case I'm not sure I would adopt a name as there could easily be two introductions of independent origin that look just like one another.

I'm up in Mendocino and just visited the gorgeous garden of ACS members Bob and Judy Mathey and when they don't know the cultivar name of something they label it 'Emanon'. If you can read backwards, you'll know why!
