Bottom and centre are Pinus patula; top and right are probably Pinus teocote.

The pic is too small to tell for the other two, annoying that GW won't allow uploading of larger pics :-(

I was "told" that the cones on the left are Pinus hartwegii and the others as you stated. What's the difference in appearance with P. patula and P. greggii?

Minimal in cones, though P. greggii tends to get a bit larger; the main difference is the longer needles of P. patula.

Possible that the larger ones are P. greggii; offhand, I didn't think it got that far south, but checking the maps, it does.

Thanks Resin, I'll check and see if he/collector remembers the needle orientation--the bottom center cones appear rather large.
