Hey all - Here in North Jersey, we had some fall weather in August (70s and breezy) and now are having August weather in September (90s, humid). Haven't had rain in about 3 weeks.

So two of my white pine trees are shedding already. They were planted in April and are healthy. I water them once or twice a week deeply.

Is that normal? Should I be concerned? Was it triggered by the irregularly cool August, or does that just happen sometimes with pines?
