Evergreen Selection - Tall & Narrow

Hi -- My first post, and I know nothing of conifers so am trying to learn.

We are looking to plant several narrow, tall confiers/evergreens on the east side of our house. We want:

1) Privacy from neighbors
2) Ultimate height between 12-15 feet (but higher is fine)
3) Narrow -- in a narrow space (fence on neighbors side, wall to our garage/terrace on our side) -- 3-4 feet
4) Something that can deal with moisture
5) Something that can deal with limited sun

I will try to post a photo of the space.

Originally, I really wanted to plant Irish Yews but our landscape architect said no way, they want dry soil and more sun. I do not like the look of a Green Giant Arborvitae (sorry if I offend, but it's not for me).

Any suggestions that I can start researching? Our LA also suggested holly trees, but we have small kids so I don't want anything prickly in this area.

Thanks a lot!
