What are these trees? They look like Cedrus deodara to me, but they are the strangest blue-green-gray color in person.

These were found growing outside a mall near downtown Atlanta.

definitely Atlas Cedar.

Cedrus atlantica 'Glauca'
or
Cedrus libani var. atlantica 'Glauca'

I don't know who's in charge of cedars this week. Despite the nomenclature, this is a really nice conifer. Just give it room to rock.

Interesting. I have a very young C. atlantica 'Glauca Pendula' and I have seen lots of smaller examples of 'Glauca', but none seem to have as much green in them as these do. Perhaps its the larger size, the maturity, or the grouping. I agree with you - really nice conifers!

Cedrus deodara 'Karl Fuchs'.

Cedrus libani 'Glauca' is never possible.
This is because this cultivar has a much more open structure and it's side branch setting is always diagonal it this age.
Also it's needle colour is a true steel blue, while the colour of the 'Karl Fuchs' is a more greenish inside the plant.
