Karl Fuchs in z5

I want to plant a couple or three Cedrus deodar 'Karl Fuchs' at my trailer park. It is about 25 miles south of Youngstown, OH, and the site gets all day sun and high winds (sometimes) in the winter. The drainage is OK at the site and other conifers such as nearby Abies koreana are thriving. There is a Cedrus libani about 60' away that seems to be doing well.

What do you think? Is such a tree likely to do well in this location? I love the look of these trees and the blue color will be fantastic in this location. Also, how close to each other can I get away with planting them?

Thanks.
