Conifer Kingdom should be updating soon, Western Evergreen just pumped up stock and Dan's Dwarf Conifers just added 50 plants to the inventory (sorry I nabbed a few!)

Some very nice specimens at Dans, my choices would be;

Picea Pungens 'St. Mary's Broom'
Cedrus deodara 'Pygmaea'

I'd like to get that Cedrus as well but not hardy enough around here.

Typically what you see is what you get. I love that you can get a 5 year old plant in a 4 gallon container for $40.

There are also a couple $25 plants that would typically fetch $60 for their age.

I've only recieved one pot bound plant. The rest are pretty good. This is how should be, a 3 year old in a 2-3 gallon container, not a 2.5 qt container.
