Mary, finding another Silberlocke for 100 at that height isn't going to happen at a specialty nursery, however, you can surprise her with a grafted Abies koreana 'Kohout's Icebreaker' aka 'Icebreaker'. She'll be thrilled. And, good luck finding her that concolor.

Thank you! Well, you won't believe it, but I found myself AND her a Silberlocke at Stein's in Appleton. They are at least 5' in the pot (I am 5'4"). On sale, we got two of them for $100 with 5 year warranties, because I bought their "planting liquid" bottle for $10...so they upped the warranty from 2 years to 5. I'm thinking about springing for another one at that price. I had assumed they were gone, when no one even bought them...go figure!

I haven't been there this year but always found nice and many times unusual conifers at Gertens in the Twin Cities.
