Picea Pungens Wells Blue Totem: Know a Non- Picea Version?

My dream conifer is a blue conifer version of Thuja DeGroot's Spire that is not a picea. In other words, very blue and narrow columnar/conical/candleflame, preferably maxing out at 4- 10' H . Tight needles and plant density. Can't be teeny tiny because i don't want to wait 1+ decades for it to be a key player here. So it needs to be commercially available in a decent size (at least 3'H).

Wells Blue Totem looks PERfect except that I'd like to stay away from picea because of past experiences w/ spruce gall (i am really bad about fighting disease or insects.)

Our mixed plantings mini-arboretum is tightly packed because of space limitations, and very few conifers receive the space and sun they would prefer (though we try our best.) Foliage is what it's about here, and variegated, yellow, blue and beet purple play a major role.

Any help is very much appreciated!
