I believe it is Acer palmatum 'Bloodgood'. It was given to me a few years ago and I keep pruning it so it does not take too much light from Picea pungens 'The Blues'!

That Picea omorika 'Bruns', well at least I think it's 'Bruns', in the third photo to the left takes the cake for me. What a great silvery show stopper and that is some leader growth.

You are quite right. It is Picea omorika 'Bruns' and it happens to be my favourite plant in my garden. It is developing a beautiful form. Also, Picea omorika 'Zuckerhut' behind on the right. Another great plant!

I believe the plant you are referring to is Abies procera 'Obrighofen' in that particular picture.
Yes, I feel that the characters of the spruces are now developing nicely.
