Cedrus libani 'Sargentii' is a true Cedrus libani cultivar.

It's natural inclination is to be a ground cover.

However it will grow up on the stake only till you decide to let it free range. Then it will cascade down.

You have either choice. A focal point weeper staked to 6-8 feet or one that will cascade over a wall if given the time if left to its own devices.
