Need help identifying

Hi,
I need help identifying this 2-needle pine.
I will include pics of needles and cones in the next couple posts since I can't figure out how to attach more than one pic.
Needles range from 1.75" - 2.5" in length. This tree currently has a trunk base about 18" in diameter and is approximately 35' - 40' tall.
The subdivision I'm in was built around 1976. Not sure how old the tree is and I couldn't even tell you if its a NE Ohio native.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
