Can you tell me the name of this Conifer tree and Shrub?

I saw the tree at the veterinarian's office, and the shrub at Rite Aid.

I can only post one link so I'll give the links inside here for both.

I really like the tree. It's exactly what I'm looking for to put on the East side of my house.

The pic of the tree is sideways. I have tried everything, even gone to different websites to rotate it, but when it posts it still turns back sideways, so I'm sorry, but hopefully you can still tell what it is.

Both of these are Picea pungens (Colorado Spruce) cultivars. They should both be very easy to find at any reputable independant garden center.

I'd go with Dave's call here but also add that there are many different cultivars of the Colorado Blue Spruce in addition to the straight species. You could encounter some of these at your nursery so, before you go, you might check out this reference (link) and select some from the pull down menu to brush up on possible selections.

The typical Colorado Blue can get to be a big tree over time and if space is a problem in your yard, you may want to investigate dwarf or intermediate sized trees, weeping, prostrate or fastigiate forms. I'm sure you will find something to fit your site and budget.
