google shows it a buchholz plant ... they are one of the big nationwide wholesalers ..

call around to the higher end nurseries.. and find out who is ordering in for spring from them ...

and ask them to throw one on the truck for you ... it wont be cheap ....

NOW... right now.. is the time to get in requests for special orders to be delivered in spring ...

if you can not find a retailer in your area.. MAYBE you can call B&B and ask them to refer you to some local retailer ...
