uber flexible Cedrus libani

Looking for reassurance from others growing C. libani var. stenocoma!!
We had 6-7" of heavy wet snow last night and my 8' Cedar was arched right over to the ground this morning. It's grown 5' in three years so it's pretty whippy, but still....
Do others see the same thing with their Cedars? Now that it's been freed, it's still bowed 20 degrees off vertical...it should straighten up, right?
My 5' 'Karl Fuch' is in the same situation but it was a heavily staked nursery purchase this past spring. I'll manhandle that one back to vertical if I have to.
Any advice or reassurance?
