Hi All

Is this a sport of Thujopsis dolabrata 'Variegata'?
the plant I have here does not revert or burn in
sun.

    Hello Euan,

    the question is who is Krüger? I think he must be a German person , because the right name - I think - is Krügers Findling. Findling is German and has 2 means: finding or discovery. The second : a large stone from the ice-age.
    This means Krüger found this selection. I think Edwin knows more.

    Yes, no problems.I have it in full shade.
    Unfortunately I lost Birr Castle. A mouse ate all the young and small roots and I saw it too late

    Thujopsis dolabrata 'Krüger's Findling' (not 'Krugers Findling') was found by the Krüger Nursery in Germany.
    They also selected the Pinus strobus 'Krüger's Liliput'.

    Unfortunately there's no furthur info to be found how the 'Krüger's Findling' arose...
