That appears to be quite a lot of shade......have you considered something like Taxus? Very tolerant of shade - even rather heavy shade - and a number of narrow growing forms available. Barring that, I'd be inclined to think along the lines of a broadleafed evergreen shrub for that situation rather than a conifer.

Just doesn't seem like a site well-suited to most conifers. Personally, I can't for the life of me picture either of the cedars thriving there.........maybe the photos are not showing me what you are seeing in person.

Cedrus Deodara 'Karl Fuchs' is a good fit based upon your needs. could reach 40 + ft.

Cedrus deodara 'Gold Cone' Full sun only if you want it to color up. Vigorous growth to about about 20 to 30 feet high and 8 to 10 feet wide. Probably not a good fit for filtered shade.

A few thoughts because you want to buy them so big. B&B..if so purchase in Spring when fresh dug. If potted then root bound problems would be a primary concern even though they could have been up potted.

I would suggest you forgo a few years in height and by smaller specimens. Your survivability chances go up dramatically. Just some advice from someone who has been there and done that.

I will suggest two other options in place of 'Radicans' and 'Cold Cone' that should fit your needs.

Cupressus nootkatensis 'Green Arrow' 30 ft. in height give or take. Filtered shade OK.

If it is indeed LIGHT shade, then Chamaecyparis nootkatensis 'Pendula' and 'Sullivan' could be good choices. If it is more shaded, I agree Taxus would be a much better choice.
