Please help in ID!

Does anybody recognize that cultivar?? I think that this is Pinus mugo or Pinus unciniata but I'm not sure. First picture show a few years old plant. I cut it down in some garden, and the owner didn.t know name of that. Next photos shows 3 year old plant form my garden. Thanks in advice for help!

Edwin, is that you, coniferjoy? I am always amazed how you can identify plants like that. It's uncanny, given that there are so many cultivars. To my untrained eyes, most young dwarf mugos look exactly the same.

Hello!
I confirm Edwin words. I'm come from Poland and I have zone 6. Sorry for that mistake but I didn't changed optional settings (it was zone 10) :)
