And the madness continues- new acquisitions. A. pinsapo glauca and aurea on firma. I talked to Adam the propagator and he assured me that they are on firma. He also said that firma understock was, of course, hard to come by and hopefully that would change in the future. They would do more on firma but balsam is the easiest to get- christmas trees farming. Very nice plants. I love experimenting. Who knows.

They once contacted me to say a rare item - the obviously most rare one in my order - was not available, and offered to cancel the whole order. A lot of places will just ship the order with the one item you really wanted missing! I have also met them at a local plant sale, including Adam I think. I enjoyed talking to him. They seem like a class act.

Class act indeed. And Adam was very prompt in responding to my questions. There was a problem with the website so he took the order over the phone and sent them on. They have many other very interesting things other than conifers too. So I will be looking again when spring shipping begins.
